Carol Marcel Vadnais - Born September 25, 1945 in Montreal, Quebec – Died August 31, 2014 in Laval, Quebec was a Canadian ice Hockey defenceman, scout, coach and general manager.

- Stanley Cup Champion 1968 with Montreal Canadiens, 1972 with Boston Bruins.
Stanley Cup finalist 1974.

- Prince of Wales Trophy Champion 1968 with Montreal Canadiens, 1972, 1974 with Boston Bruins.

- 1976 Canada Cup *Champion with Team Canada.

Vadnais made his NHL debut with Montreal Canadiens on February 26, 1967 vs Chicago Black Hawks at Chicago Stadium in a 2-2 tie.

Vadnais scored his 1st NHL goal vs Gerry Cheevers of Boston Bruins at 17:56 of 3rd period on December 13, 1967 at Boston Garden in a 6-2 Canadiens win.

While playing for California Golden Seals, Vadnais scored his 1st NHL hat-trick vs Jacques Caron of St. Louis Blues on February 20, 1972 at Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum Arena in a 4-4 tie.

Vadnais played in 1087 regular season NHL games, scoring 169 goals (19 GWG), 418 assists with 1811 penalty minutes and 106 NHL playoff games, scoring 10 goals, 40 assists with 187 penalty minutes.

Vadnais played in the NHL All-Star Games 1969, 1970, 1972, 1975, 1976, 1978.
