Herbert George Collins (1873–1900), goaltender for the Montreal Hockey Club, depicted during a January 7, 1899 Canadian Amateur Hockey League (CAHL) game against the Quebec Hockey Club.
Collins died of tuberculosis on July 14, 1900, aged 27.
