Herbert Stanley "Herbie" Foster - Born August 9, 1913 in Brockville, Ontario - Died June 2, 2003 was a ice Hockey left winger.
- Eastern Amateur Hockey League Champion (Hamilton B. Wills Trophy) 1937, 1938 with Atlantic City Seagulls.
Foster made his NHL debut with the New York Rangers on November 30, 1940 vs Montreal Canadiens at Madison Square Gardens, where he scored his 1st NHL goal vs Bert Gardiner at 13:27 of the 3rd period in a 6-1 Rangers win.
Foster played 6 NHL games with the Rangers, scoring 1 goal.
