Swedish Centennial Ice Hockey Championship 2012. Brynäs won it's 13th Championship after waiting for 13 years to win again. Jakob Silfverberg was named Captain and changed his jersey number to 100, to celebrate the leagues 100th anniversary. Silfverberg scored the game & championship winner with a new Swedish playoff record - his 13th Goal. Silfverberg was also voted regular season MVP and the MVP of the playoffs.
