EditKeith Edward Acton - Born April 15, 1958 in Stouffville, Ontario is a Canadian retired ice Hockey centre and coach.

Acton played his junior Hockey with Wexford Raiders and Peterborough Petes, helping the Petes win the Ontario Major Junior Hockey League in 1978 and reached the finals of the 1978 Memorial Cup.
Acton made his NHL debut with Montreal Canadiens on December 11, 1979 vs New York Islanders at Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum in a 4-1 Islanders win. He assisted on Montreal's lone goal.
Acton scored his 1st NHL goal vs Mike Liut of St. Louis Blues at 8:57 of 2nd period on October 21, 1980 at The Checkerdome in a 4-3 Blues win.
Acton scored his 1st NHL hat-trick vs Pete Peeters & Rick St. Croix of Philadelphia Flyers at The Forum in a 11-2 Canadiens win. His 1st goal was the game winner.
