Anthony Lewis "Tony" Amonte - Born August 2, 1970 in Hingham, Massachusetts is a American retired ice Hockey right winger and coach.

- 1990 Goodwill Games Silver Medal Winner with Team USA.

- NHL President's Trophy Champion 1992 with New York Rangers.

- World Cup of Hockey Champion 1996 with Team USA.
Amonte scored the inaugural World Cup of Hockey winning goal.

- 2002 Winter Olympics Silver Medal Winner with Team USA.

Amonte made his NHL debut with New York Rangers during the playoffs on April 11, 1991 vs Washington Capitals at Madison Square Garden in a 5-4 Washington win. He had 1 assist in the game.

Amonte scored his 1st NHL goal vs Andy Moog of Boston Bruins at 17:16 of 2nd period on October 3, 1991 at Boston Garden in a 5-3 Bruins win.

Amonte scored his 1st NHL hat-trick vs Grant Fuhr of St. Louis Blues on February 22, 1996 at United Center in a 4-3 St. Louis win.

Amonte played in 1174 regular season NHL games, scoring 416 goals (58 GWG / 6 OTG), 484 assists with 752 penalty minutes and 99 NHL playoff games, scoring 22 goals (1 GWG), 33 assists with 56 penalty minutes.
