Charles Adrian "Dinny" Dinsmore - Born July 23, 1903 in Toronto, Ontario – Died December 5, 1982 in Toronto, Ontario was a Canadian ice Hockey centre and coach.

- J. Ross Robertson Cup Champion 1922 with Toronto Aura Lee.

- Stanley Cup Champion 1926 with Montreal Maroons.

Dinsmore made his NHL debut with the Montreal Maroons on December 1, 1924 vs Boston Bruins at Boston Arena (Matthews Arena).

This was a game of Firsts as it was the 1st NHL game for both the Maroons and Bruins. Dinsmore scored his 1st NHL goal on Hec Folwler at 9:00 of the 1st period in a 2-1 Bruins win. This was the 1st NHL goal scored against the Boston Bruins and the 1st NHL goal scored by the Montreal Maroons.

Dinsmore scored his only NHL playoff goal vs Roy Worters of the Pittsburgh Pirates during the first playoff semi-final game on March 20, 1926. It was the game winner in a 3-1 Maroons win.

Dinsmore was also a coach during and after his playing days. He was assistant coach with the London Panthers, helping lead them to the 1st Champions of the Canadian Professional Hockey League Championship in 1927.

NOTE
Dinsmore was a top rugby and football player in Canada too, playing for the CHL Toronto Argonauts.
