Douglas Allan - Born February 24, 1954 in Filmore, Saskatchewan is a Canadian/American retired ice Hockey Goaltender and coach

- Southwest Hockey League Champion 1976 with Amarillo Wranglers.

Allan later played and coached at Northern Arizona University.

Doug Allan was inducted into the Flagstaff Sports Hall of Fame in 2008.

Doug Allan was inducted into the Northern Arizona University Hall of Fame in 2010.
