Cecil Graham "Ceece" Dillon - Born April 26, 1908 in Toledo, Ohio - Died November 13, 1969 in Meaford, Ontario was an American-Canadian ice Hockey right winger.

Dillon made his NHL debut with the New York Rangers on January 1, 1931 vs Boston Bruins at Madison Square Garden in a 4-3 OT Boston win.

Dillon scored his 1st NHL goal vs Roy Worters of the New York Americans at 17:10 of the 1st period on February 5, 1931 at Madison Square Garden in a 2-0 Rangers win. He scored both goals in the game.

Dillon never missed playing a game for the Rangers until they traded him to Detroit in 1939.

Dillon was the Rangers leading scorer in 1935–36 (32 points), 1936–37 (31 points), and 1937–38 (39 points) three years in a row, joining Frank Boucher and Bill Cook, then Andy Bathgate, Phil Esposito and Wayne Gretzky as the only players to do so.

Dillon was one of the first American-born NHL players as well as being the first person born in Ohio to join the NHL.
