Floyd Harvey Thomson - Born June 14, 1949 in Capreol, Ontario is a Canadian retired ice Hockey left winger.

- Adams Cup Champion 1980 with Salt Lake City Golden Eagles.
- Adams Cup Champion 1981 with Salt Lake City Golden Eagles.

Thomson made his NHL debut with the St. Louis Blues on November 6, 1971 vs Minnesota North Stars at Metropolitan Sports Center in a 5-1 Minnesota win.

Thomson scored his 1st NHL goal vs Bernie Parent of the Toronto Maple Leafs at 15:43 of the 3rd period on December 29, 1971 at Maple Leaf Gardens in a 6-3 St. Louis win.

Thomson played 411 regular season NHL games, scoring 56 (7 GWG) Goals, 97 assists with 341 penalty minutes and 10 NHL playoff games, having 2 assists with 6 penalty minutes.

Floyd Thomson was inducted into the Bobby Orr Hockey Hall of Fame in 2004
