James William "Jimmy" Fowler - Born April 6, 1915 in Toronto, Ontario – Died October 17, 1985 was a Canadian ice Hockey defenceman.

Fowler made his NHL debut with Toronto on November 5, 1936 vs Detroit Red Wings at Maple Leaf Gardens in a 3-1 Detroit win.

Fowler scored his 1st NHL goal vs Wilf Cude of the Montreal Canadiens on November 26, 1936 at 5:45 of the 3rd period at The Forum in a 4-2 Toronto win.

Stanley Cup finalist 1938 and 1939.
