Harold "Harry" Taylor - Born March 28, 1926 in St. James, Manitoba - Died November 16, 2009 in Sidney, British Columbia was a Canadian ice Hockey centre.

- Memorial Cup Champion 1946 with Winnipeg Monarchs.

- Abbott Memorial Cup Champion 1946 with Winnipeg Monarchs.

- Stanley Cup Champion 1949 with Toronto Maple Leafs.

- Calder Cup Champion 1951 with Cleveland Barons.

Taylor played his junior Hockey with St. James Canadians and Winnipeg Monarchs, which he helped win the 1946 Memorial Cup championship.

Taylor made his NHL debut with Toronto Maple Leafs on November 17, 1946 vs New York Rangers at Mdison Square Garden in a 5-4 Toronto win.

Taylor scored his 1st NHL goal vs Frank Brimsek of Boston Bruins at 12:26 of 1st period on December 12, 1948 at Boston Garden in a 4-3 Toronto win.

Taylor played in 66 regular season NHL games, scoring 5 goals, 10 assists with 30 penalty minutes and 1 NHL playoff game with 0 points or penalties.

Taylor played the majority of his professional career in the American Hockey League / AHL with Pittsburgh Hornets, Providence Reds, Cleveland Barons, St. Louis Flyers and Buffalo Bisons.

Taylor played in 382 regular season AHL games, scoring 109 goals, 182 assists with 201 penalty minutes and 38 AHL playoff games, scoring 7 goals, 9 assists with 26 penalty minutes.

Harry Taylor was inducted into the Manitoba Hockey Hall of Fame in 1997.
