Ronald Dennis Grant "Ronnie" Martin - Born August 22, 1907 in Calgary, Alberta - Died February 7, 1971 in Riverside, California was a Canadian ice Hockey right winger, coach and general manager.

Martin played his junior Hockey with Calgary Canadians, helping the win the Memorial Cup in 1926.

Martin turned pro with Calgary Tigers, then played for the Niagara Falls Cataracts, Toronto Millionaires before playing 3 seasons with Buffalo Bisons, helping them win the International Hockey League championship in 1932.

Martin then got to play with the NHL New York Americans, making his his NHL debut on November 13, 1932 vs Chicago Black Hawks at Chicago Coliseum in a 1-1 tie.

Martin scored his 1st NHL goal vs Alec Connell of Ottawa Senators at 1:25 of 1st period on December 1, 1932 at Ottawa Auditorium in a 4-3 Ottawa win.

Martin played in 94 regular season NHL games, scoring 13 goals (1 GWG), 16 assists with 36 penalty minutes. No playoffs.

Martin would then play many years with the Portland Buckaroos, helping them win the PCHL championship in 1937 and 1939.
