Robert Andrew "Bobby / Bobbie" Burns - Born April 4, 1905 in Gore Bay, Ontario - Died August 12, 1995 was a Canadian/American ice Hockey left winger and coach.
Burns played 19 regular season NHL games for the Chicago Black Hawks. He made his NHL debut on November 15, 1928 vs Toronto Maple Leafs at Mutual Street Arena in a 2-0 Toronto win.
Burns scored his 1st and only NHL goal vs Joe Miller of Pittsburgh Pirates at 6:15 of 3rd period on December 5, 1929 at Duquesne Gardens in a 5-2 Black Hawks win.
Burns would play out the rest of his career in the AHA with 5 teams over the next 10 seasons, retiring from pro Hockey in 1939.
