Renberg scored his 1st NHL goal vs Grant Fuhr of Buffalo Sabres at 7:16 of 1st period on October 12, 1993 at The Spectrum in a 5-3 Philadelphia win.
Renberg scored his 1st NHL hat-trick vs Artūrs Irbe of San Jose Sharks on February 15, 1994 at San Jose Arena in a 6-4 Philadelphia win. He scored the final 3 goals of the game (natural hat-trick).
