George Henry Hainsworth (1893–1950), goaltender of the OHA side Kitchener Greenshirts in 1917–18.

Toronto native Hainsworth won an Allan Cup championship with Kitchener in 1918. He later played professional hockey with the Saskatoon Crescents/Sheiks of the Western Canada Hockey League (WCHL) and with the Montreal Canadiens and Toronto Maple Leafs of the National Hockey League (NHL). He won back-to-back Stanley Cups with the Canadiens in 1930 and 1931.
