Bruce Cameron MacGregor - Born April 26, 1941 in Edmonton, Alberta is a Canadian retired ice Hockey centre, coach and assistant general manager.

- Abbott Memorial Cup (Abbott Cup) Champion 1960 with Edmonton Oil Kings.

- Prince of Wales Trophy Champion 1965 with Detroit Red Wings.

- Stanley Cup Champion 1984, 1985, 1987, 1988, 1990 with Edmonton Oilers as assistant general manager.
Stanley Cup finalist 1961, 1963, 1964, 1966 with Detroit Red Wings, 1972 with New York Rangers.

- Clarence S. Campbell Bowl Champion 1983, 1984, 1985, 1987, 1988, 1990 with Edmonton Oilers as assistant general manager.

MacGregor made his NHL debut with Detroit Red Wings on February 25, 1961 vs Toronto Maple Leafs at Maple Leaf Gardens in a 3-1 Toronto win.

MacGregor scored his 1st NHL goal vs Jacques Plante of Montreal Canadiens at 19:04 of 1st period at Detroit Olympia in a 3-0 Detroit win. His goal was the game winner.

MacGregor scored his 1st NHL hat-trick vs Glenn Hall of Chicago Black Hawks on December 19, 1965 at Chicago Stadium in a 5-4 Black Hawks win.

MacGregor played in 895 regular season NHL games, scoring 213 goals (37 GWG), 257 assists with 215 penalty minutes and 107 NHL playoff games, scoring 19 goals (4 GWG), 28 assists with 44 penalty minutes.

MacGregor was selected to represent Canada at 1974 Summit Series vs Soviet Union.

Bruce MacGregor was inducted into the Alberta Sports Hall of Fame in 2015.
