Christopher John "Chris" Worthy - Born October 23, 1947 in Bristol, England - August 2, 2007 in Vancouver, British Columbia was a English?Canadian ice Hockey goaltender and general manager.

- Turnbull Memorial Trophy / Turnbull Cup Champion 1967 with Flin Flon Bombers.
Voted to MJHL All-Star Team 1967.

- Ed Belfour Top Goaltender Trophy Winner 1967 with Flin Flon Bombers.

Worthy made his NHL debut with Oakland Seals on November 12, 1968 vs Los Angeles Kings at The Forum in a 3-1 Los Angeles win.

Worthy got his 1st NHL victory on November 13, 1968 vs Detroit Red Wings at Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum Arena in a 2-1 Oakland win.

Worthy played in 26 regular season NHL games, winning 5, losing 11 with 3 ties and 6 penalty minutes.
