Montreal Victorias point David Howard Henderson (1877–1916), 1896–97 season.
Howard Henderson left the Montreal Victorias after the 1896–97 season for St. Catharines in Ontario where he continued playing hockey. In his late 30s, Henderson would enlist as a soldier in World War 1 and was killed in France on September 9, 1916 at an age of 38.
