Blair Russel - Born September 17, 1880 in Montreal, Quebec - Died December 7, 1961 in Montreal, Quebec was a Canadian ice Hockey left winger / centre.

After playing all his junior Hockey with the Montreal Victorias, Russel joined the senior team for the start of the 1900 Canadian Amateur Hockey League (CAHL) season. He tied for 6th in CAHL scoring with 9 goals in 7 games as a rookie.

Russel turned into a All-Star with the Vics, being selected to the ECAHA's 1st All-Star Team in 1907, as he scored 25 goals in 10 games.

Russel played 67 games in both the CAHL and ECAHA, scoring 110 goals.

Russel retired instead of turning pro in 1909.

Blair Russel was inducted into the Hockey Hall of Fame in 1965.
