Charles Thomas "Chuck" Lefley - Born January 20, 1950 in Winnipeg, Manitoba is a Canadian former professional ice Hockey centre.

- Turnbull Memorial Cup Champion 1966 with Winnipeg Rangers.

- Stanley Cup Champion 1971, 1973 with Montreal Canadiens.
- Prince of Wales Trophy Champion 1973.

- Calder Cup Champion 1972 with Nova Scotia Voyageurs.

Lefley made his NHL debut with the Montreal Canadiens on November 8, 1970 vs Boston Bruins at Boston Garden in a 6-1 Boston win.

Lafley scored his 1st NHL goal vs Ed Dyck of the Vancouver Canucks at 15:25 of the 2nd period on October 21, 1972 at Montreal Forum in a 5-3 Montreal win.

Lafley played 407 regular season NHL games, scoring 128 goals (22 GWG), 164 assists with 137 penalty minutes and 29 NHL playoff games, scoring 5 goals, 8 assists with 12 penalty minutes.

Chuck Lefley was inducted into the Manitoba Hockey Hall of Fame in 1986.
