Flatley scored 2 goals and assisted on championship winning goal in finals. He was named to the All-Tournament team.
- Prince of Wales Trophy Champion 1984 with New York Islanders (Stanley Cup finalist).
Flatley represented Canada at the 1983 World Junior Championships, winning a Bronze Medal.
Flatley represented Canada at the 1983 Ice Hockey World Championships, winning a Bronze Medal.
Flatley represented Canada at the 1984 Winter Olympics, placing 4th.
Patrick Flatley was inducted into the Etobicoke Sports Hall of Fame in 2007.
Patrick Flatley was inducted into the New York Islanders Hall of Fame in 2012.
