Robert Edward "Solly" Solinger - Born December 23, 1925 in Star City, Saskatchewan – Died December 10, 2014 in Edmonton, Alberta was a Canadian ice Hockey left winger.

Solinger was the first winner of the Dudley "Red" Garrett Memorial Award as rookie of the year in the American Hockey League / AHL for the 1947-48 season.

1948 Calder Cup Champion with the Celeveland Barons - AHL.

1952 and 1955 Calder Cup Champion with the Pittsburgh Hornets - AHL.

1958 and 1959 Calder Cup Champion with the Hershey Bears - AHL.

Solinger also reached the Calder Cup finals in 1951 and 1953.
