Naomi van As is a Dutch field hockey player who plays as an attacker for Dutch club HC Klein Zwitserland. She made her debut for the Netherlands national team on June 20, 2003 in a match against South Africa. She was part of the Dutch squad that became World Champion at the 2006 Women's Hockey World Cup and which won the 2007 Champions Trophy. Since March 2008 she is in a relationship with ice skater Sven Kramer.
In September 2008 Naomi van As became an Olympic Gold medal winner with her national team at the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing, scoring the first goal in their 2-0 win over China.
