Gennadiy Dmitrievich Tsygankov / Геннадий Дмитриевич Цыганков - Born August 16, 1947 in Vanino, Soviet Union - Died February 16, 2006 in Saint Petersburg, Russia was a Russian ice Hockey defenceman and coach.

Tsygankov played his early and junior Hockey with SKA Khabarovsk.

Tsygankov then joined CSKA Moscow, where he would play almost the rest of his career with, becoming team captain, leading them to Soviet and Europa Cup championships.

After retiring as a player, Tsygankov coached CSKA Moskva sports school, SKA Sverdlovsk and SKA Leningrad.

Gennadiy Tsygankov was awarded the Merited Masters of Sports of the USSR in 1972
