Patrick Joseph "Pat" McReavy - Born January 16, 1918 in Owen Sound, Ontario – November 13, 2001 in Owen Sound, Ontario was a Canadian ice Hockey centre and coach.

Memorial Cup finalist 1937 with Copper Cliff Redmen.

- World Ice Hockey Champion 1938 with Sudbury Wolves.
McReavy scored the championship-winning goal.

- Stanley Cup Champion *1939, 1941 with Boston Bruins.
Stanley Cup finalist 1942 with Detroit Red Wings.
*Only played 6 regular season games, but got his name on the cup.

- Prince of Wales Trophy Champion 1941 with Boston Bruins.

- Allan Cup Champion 1951 with Owen Sound Mercury's.
