Edward Abel "Eddie" Joyal - Born May 8, 1940 in St. Albert, Alberta - Died July 20, 2026 was a Canadian ice Hockey centre.

Joyal made his NHL debut with Detroit Red Wings on January 24, 1963 vs Montreal Canadiens in a 1-1 tie at Detroit Olympia.
Joyal scored his 1st NHL goal vs Johnny Bower of Toronto Maple Leafs at 2:13 of 2nd period on February 10, 1963 at Detroit Olympia in a 2-1 Red Wings win.
Joyal played in 465 regular season NHL games, scoring 128 goals (16 GWG), 134 assists with 103 penalty minutes and 50 NHL playoff games, scoring 11 goals (2 GWG), 8 assists with 18 penalty minutes.
