Robert Alonzo "Bobby" Copp - Born November 15, 1918 in Port Elgin, New Brunswick – Died December 12, 2006, was a Canadian Ice Hockey defenceman.

- Maritime Junior Champion 1937 with Amherst St Pats.

- J. Ross Robertson Cup Senior Champion 1941 with Toronto Marlboros.

- Quebec Senior Hockey League Champion 1949 with Ottawa Senators.

- Allan Cup Champion 1949 with Ottawa Senators.

Copp spent 4 seasons playing for Mount Allison University, then moved on to also play for the University of Toronto (1938-40). With his collegiate career behind him, Copp moved on to the Toronto Marlboros, helping them win the Ontario Senior Championship in 1941.

The NHL Toronto Maple Leafs signed Copp and he made his NHL debut on October 31, 1942 vs New York Rangers at Maple Leaf Gardens in a 7-2 Toronto win.

Copp scored his 1st NHL goal vs Paul Bibeault of Montreal Canadiens at 4:09 of 1st period on January 16, 1943 at Maple Leaf Gardens in a 8-4 Toronto win.

Copp played in 30 regular season NHL games, scoring 3 goals (1 GWG), 9 assists with 26 penalty minutes.

Copp then played primarily with the Quebec Senior Hockey League's Ottawa Senators.

Robert Copp was inducted into the New Brunswick Sports Hall Of Fame in 1974.
