Franklin Louis Schweitzer (or Switzer) - Born December 18, 1882 in Stratford, Ontario - Died March 28, 1970 was a Canadian left winger of the Michigan Soo Indians of the International Hockey League (1904–1907).

Schweitzer was native of Stratford, Ontario and also played with the Pittsburgh Keystones in the Western Pennsylvania Hockey League (WPHL) and with the Winnipeg Maple Leafs in the Manitoba Hockey Association (MHA).
