Daniel "Hodge" Hodgson - Born August 29, 1965 in Fort Vermilion, Alberta is a retired Canadian Indigenous (Cree) ice Hockey centre.

Hodgson made his NHL debut with Toronto Maple Leafs on October 16, 1985 vs Washington Capitals at Maple Leaf Gardens in a 6-5 OT Washington win. He had 1 assist in the game.

Hodgson scored his 1st NHL goal vs Dan Bouchard of Winnipeg Jets at 13:06 of 1st period on October 19, 1985 at Maple Leaf Gardens in a 4-3 Winnipeg win.

Hodgson played in 114 regular season NHL games, scoring 29 goals (2 GWG), 45 assists with 64 penalty minutes and no NHL playoff games.

Hodgson holds the Prince Albert Raiders record for most goals and points. He was the 3rd Raider to have his jersey retired (November 28, 2023).

Hodgson scored 188 goals and 493 points in 204 regular season games for the Raiders, the 5th most in WHL history. He had 15 goals, 29 assists in 18 playoff games.

The Prince Albert Raiders were inducted into the Saskatchewan Sports Hall of Fame and Museum in 1991, and the Saskatchewan Hockey Hall of Fame in 2012.

Hodgson holds Memorial Cup records for most assists in a game with 5 on May 14, 1985 vs Sault Ste. Marie in a 8-6 Raiders win and 13 assists during 1985 Memorial Cup playoffs.
