Daniel Hector "Dan" Bouchard - Born December 12, 1950 in Val-d'Or, Quebec is a Canadian retired ice Hockey goaltender.

- Harry "Hap" Holmes Memorial Award Winner 1972 with Boston Braves (shared with Ross Brooks), and selected to AHL First All-Star Team.

- Bronze Medal Winner 1978 Ice Hockey World Championships.

Bouchard made his NHL debut with the Atlanta Flames on October 8, 1872 vs Buffalo Sabres at Buffalo Memorial Auditorium in a 5-3 Buffalo win.

Bouchard got his 1st NHL victory vs California Golden Seals at Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum Arena in a 4-3 Atlanta win.

Bouchard got his 1st NHL shutout vs Detroit Red Wings on December 13, 1972 at Detroit Olympia in a 2-0 Atlanta win.

Bouchard played in 656 regular season NHL games, winning 286, losing 233, ties 113 with 27 shutouts, 28 assists and 255 penalty minutes. He played 43 NHL playoff games, winning 13, 30 losses with 1 shutout, 1 assist and 56 penalty minutes.
