EditGarry Glenwood Bauman - Born July 21, 1940 in Innisfail, Alberta – Died October 16, 2006) in Calgary, Alberta was a Canadian ice Hockey goaltender.
- 1962 NCAA Champion and MacNaughton Cup Champion with Michigan Tech Huskies.
While playing for Michigan Tech, Bauman was selected to the Western Collegiate Hockey Association / All-WCHA First Team in 1961-62, 1962-63 and 1963-64. Selected to the 1962 NCAA All-Tournament Second Team.
The American Hockey Coaches Association also selected Bauman as a AHCA West All-American in 1962-63 and 1963-63.
Bauman helped the Quebec Aces win the 1966 F. G. "Teddy" Oke Trophy as regular season champions of the American Hockey League / AHL in 1965-66, posting a 36 wins in the teams 47 wins during the season. They lost in the 1st round of playoffs.
Bauman made his NHL debut with the Montreal Canadiens on January 15, 1967 vs the Boston Bruins at Boston Garden in a 3-1 Montreal win, which was also the 1st NHL victory for Bauman.
He played 35 NHL games with 5 wins, 17 losses and 6 ties.
