Warren Russell Oatman - Born February 19, 1905 in Tillsonburg, Ontario – Died October 25, 1964 in York, Ontario was a Canadian ice Hockey left winger and coach.

- Western Hockey League Champion 1926 with Victoria Cougars.
Stanley Cup finalist 1926.

Oatman made his NHL debut on November 27, 1926 with the Detroit Cougars vs the New York Americans at Border Cities Arena in a 4-2 Detroit win.

Oatman scored his 1st NHL goal vs Clint Benedict of the Montreal Maroons on November 30, 1926 at 3:22 of the 1st period at The Forum in Montreal in a 4-0 Detroit win. He scored 2 goals, the first being the game winner.

Oatman played in 120 NHL games, scoring 20 goals (5 GWG / 2 OTG), 9 assists with 98 penalty minutes and 15 NHL playoff games with 1 goal (1 GWG / 1 OTG) and 18 penalty minutes.

Russell Oatman later coached the Shawinigan Cataracts, Simcoe Red Shirts and Simcoe China Clippers.
