Martin Joseph Walsh (1884–1915) with the Queen's University Golden Gaels of the Canadian Intercollegiate Athletic Union (CIAU).

Marty Walsh, a center forward and prolific goal scorer, hailed from Kingston, Ontario. In 1906–07 he played for the Canadian Soo in the International Professional Hockey League (IPHL), and between 1908–1912 he was a member of the Ottawa Hockey Club (Senators), winning three Stanley Cups in 1909, 1910 and 1911.

He retired from hockey in 1912, aged 27, and went west to work in Edmonton. In 1914 he contracted tuberculosis, succumbing to the disease in March 1915 in Muskoka, Ontario.
