Robert Ronald "Ron" Murphy - Born April 10, 1933 in Hamilton, Ontario – Died March 6, 2014 in Hagersville, Ontario was a Canadian professional ice Hockey left winger and coach.
- Memorial Cup Champion 1952 with Guelph Biltmores Mad Hatters.
- 1st NHL game on October 18, 1952 vs Toronto Maple Leafs at Maple Leaf Gardens.
- Scored 1st NHL goal on March 4, 1953 vs Al Rollins of the Chicago Black Hawks at 19:15 of 3rd period.
- Stanley Cup Champion 1961 With Chicago Black Hawks and again with the 1970 Boston Bruins, but his last NHL game was on January 25, 1970 and he did not play in any playoff games for the Bruins.
