Thomas Joseph "Joe" Daley - Born February 20, 1943 in East Kildonan (Winnipeg), Manitoba is a retired ice Hockey goaltender and coach.

- Avco World Trophy (Avco Cup) Champion 1976, 1978, 1979 with Winnipeg Jets.

Daley made his NHL debut with the Pittsburgh Penguins on November 13, 1968 vs Chicago Black Hawks at Chicago Stadium in a 6-5 loss.

Daley got his 1st NHL win on November 21, 1968 vs Oakland Seals at Pittsburgh Civic Arena in a 3-1 Penguins win

Daley got his 1st NHL shutout vs Boston Bruins on February 19, 1969 at Pittsburgh Civic Arena in a 3-0 Penguins win.

Daley played in 105 regular NHL season games, winning 34, losing 44 with 19 ties, 3 shutouts, 1 assist and 16 penalty minutes. No playoffs.

Daley jumped to the World Hockey Association / WHA, signing with the Winnipeg Jets on May 26, 1972 and played the rest of his career there.

Daley played in 308 WHA regular season games, winning 167, losing 113 with 13 ties and 12 shutouts. He played in 49 WHA playoff games, winning 30, losing 15.

Daley holds the WHA record for games played and wins.

Daley played in WHA All-Star Games in 1975, 1976 and 1977.
Daley was selected to the WHA First All-Star Team in 1976.

Joe Daley and the Winnipeg Jets played in the Izvestia Trophy tournament in Moscow in December 1976. They placed 4th.

Joe Daley was inducted into the Manitoba Hockey Hall of Fame in 1995

Joe Daley was inducted into the World Hockey Association Hall of Fame in 2010

Joe Daley was inducted into the Manitoba Sports Hall of Fame in 2018

There is a mural of Daley painted on the Bronx Park Community Centre in Winnipeg where Daley played his early Hockey. It was unveiled in 2019.
