EditKenneth "The Rat" Linseman - Born August 11, 1958 in Kingston, Ontario is a Canadian retired ice Hockey centre.

Linseman scored his 1st NHL goal vs Bill Oleschuk of Colorado Rockies at 11:33 of 3rd period on March 6, 1979 at The Spectrum in a 5-0 Flyers win.
Linseman scored his 1st NHL hat-trick vs Denis Herron & Nick Ricci of Pittsburgh Penguins on February 19, 1983 at Pittsburgh Civic Arena in a 10-7 Edmonton win.
Linseman played in 860 regular season NHL games, scoring 256 goals (29 GWG / 3 OTG), 551 assists with 1725 penalty minutes and 113 NHL playoff games, scoring 43 goals (11 GWG / 2 OTG), 77 assists with 325 penalty minutes.
Linseman was a great skater and good passer during his career. He got the nickname "The Rat" from his skating style of bent over and his shifty movements. It also helped that he was a very chippy and chirpy player, probably forever known as a "Super Pest"
Ken Linseman was inducted into Kingston & District Sports Hall of Fame in 2005.
