Anthony Elmer Charles "Tony" Hemmerling - Born May 15, 1911 in Landis, Saskatchewan - Died May 23, 1983 in Spokane, Washington was a Canadian/American ice Hockey left winger, coach and general manager.

- Sunrise Trophy Winner 1933 with Saskatoon Quakers.

A career minor league player, Hemmerling did play 22 NHL games for the New York Americans, making his NHL debut on January 14, 1936 vs Montreal Canadiens at Madison Square Garden in a 1-0 Montreal win. He played 3 games that January.

Hemmerling played 19 games for the Americans in 1937, scoring his 1st NHL goal vs Turk Broda of Toronto Maple Leafs at 10:23 of 1st period on February 4, 1937 at Madison Square Garden in a 2-1 Toronto win. He scored 3 NHL goals in his 22 games.
