G50 Champion Model
NOTE
Robert Henderson Cameron founded General Leather Goods Ltd in Toronto, Ontario in 1905. The company manufactured various goods for the Canadian Government during WWI and then went into the sporting goods manufacturing.
The Bob Cameron Brand was the top model for General Leather Goods equipment they produced.
Robert Cameron was also elected to the Toronto City Council in 1914.
Jack Cooper and Cecil Weeks bought the company in 1946, later renaming it Cooper-Weeks in 1949, and they kept the Bob Cameron Brand name for many of it's products until they used the "Black Diamond" name as it's signature brand.
The company was renamed Cooper of Canada on June 15, 1971 when Cecil Weeks sold his company shares to Jack Cooper.
Cooper would become a leader in the Hockey industry.
