Olof Patric Waldemar "Patrik" Sundström - Born December 14, 1961 in Skellefteå, Sweden is a Swedish retired ice Hockey centre.

- 1981 World Junior Ice Hockey Champion with Sweden.
Sundström was named Best Forward by the IIHF Directorate Awards and also voted to the Media All-Star Team. This was Sweden's 1st World Junior Championship.

Sundström then joined the senior men's team for the 1981 Ice Hockey World Championships, helping Sweden win the silver medal.

1984 Canada Cup runner-up with Sweden.

Patrik Sundström was voted the Guldpucken (The Golden Puck) winner in 1981-82 with IF Björklöven as the ice Hockey player of the year in Sweden.

Viking Award Winner 1983–84 and 1988–89 as the best Swedish ice Hockey player in North America.

Sundström holds the NHL record for points in a playoff game with 8 (3 goals) on April 22, 1988 - (the record was tied by Mario Lemieux on April 25, 1989).

Sundström represented Sweden at the 1980 and 1982 World Junior Ice Hockey Championships. He also represented Sweden in 31 official "caps" including the 1981, 1982 World Ice Hockey Championships, the 1981 and the 1984 Canada Cups.
