Arthur Leonard Throop (1884–1973), left winger of the Ottawa Victorias of the Federal Amateur Hockey League (FAHL) in 1906–07.
Throop also played with the Toronto Tecumsehs and Haileybury Comets in the National Hockey Association (NHA) and the New Westminster Royals and Portland Rosebuds in the Pacific Coast Hockey Association (PCHA).
