Henry "Harry" Frost - Born August 17, 1914 in Kerr Lake, Ontario – Died March 28, 1973 was a Canadian professional ice Hockey right winger.

Frost started his pro Hockey with the Sudbury Frood Tigers in 1934, but played most of his pro Hockey career with the Eastern Amateur Hockey League / EHL Hershey B'ars (1935 to 1938) & American Hockey League / AHL Hershey Bears from (1938 to 1946), playing in the Calder Finals in 1941 & 1942.

Frost played in the very first AHL All-Star game in 1942, representing the Western Division.

Frost played three regular season games in the National Hockey League / NHL for the Boston Bruins, and one in playoffs during their Stanley Cup winning season in 1939. Frost had 0 points.

Boston honoured him by putting his name on the Stanley Cup and included him on one of their team photos.

Frost later played for the Springfield Indians (1946-48), Washington Lions (1948-49), Louisville Blades / Fresno Falcons / St. Louis Flyers (1949-50), Johnstown Jets (1950-51), Washington Lions (1951-52).
