William Donald "Bill" Regan - Born December 11, 1908 in Creighton Mine, Ontario - Died February 16, 1995 was a Canadian ice Hockey defenceman and coach.

Regan made his NHL debut with New York Rangers on February 18, 1930 vs Toronto Maple Leafs at Madison Square Garden in a 5-1 Toronto win.
Regan scored his 1st NHL goal vs Tiny Thompson of Boston Bruins at 18:14 of 1st period on January 29, 1931 at Madison Square Garden in a 4-3 Boston win.
