Petr Svoboda - Born February 14, 1966 in Most, Czechoslovakia is a Czech retired ice Hockey defenceman, agent and current co-owner of Lausanne HC.

Svoboda made his NHL debut with Montreal Canadiens on October 11, 1984 vs Buffalo Sabres at Buffalo Memorial Auditorium in a 4-3 Sabres win. He had 2 assists in the game.

Svoboda scored his 1st NHL goal vs Darren Eliot of Los Angeles Kings at 14:49 of 3rd period at Montreal forum in a 3-3 tie.
