Joseph Conrad Étienne "Connie" Dion - Born August 11, 1918 in Saint-Rémi-de-Tingwick, Quebec – Died November 7, 2014 in Asbestos (Val-des-Sources), Quebec was a Canadian ice Hockey goaltender.

Dion made his NHL debut with Detroit Red Wings on January 13, 1944 vs Montreal Canadiens at The Forum in a 2-2 tie

Dion got his 1st NHL win vs Toronto Maple Leafs on January 15, 1944 at Maple Leaf Gardens in a 6-4 Detroit win.

On January 23, 1944, Dion was part of a NHL record, as the Detroit Red Wings shutout the New York Rangers 15-0 at The Olympia. It was Dion's only NHL shutout.

Dion played in 38 regular season NHL games, winning 23, losing 11 with 4 ties, 1 shutout and no penalties. He played in 5 NHL playoff games, winning 1, losing 4.
