Paul Tetsuhiko Kariya - Born October 16, 1974 in North Vancouver, British Columbia is a Canadian retired ice Hockey left winger and spokesperson.

Kariya was the1st ever draft pick of Mighty Ducks of Anaheim and made his NHL debut on January 20, 1995 vs Edmonton Oilers at Northlands Coliseum in a 2-1 Edmonton win.

Kariya scored his 1st NHL goal vs Tim Cheveldae of the Winnipeg Jets at 12:15 of the 2nd period on January 21, 1995 at Winnipeg Arena in a 4-3 Anaheim win.

Paul Kariya was inducted into the Hockey Hall of Fame in 2017.
