Thomas 'Rube' Melville (Born August 1, 1880 in Montreal, Quebec, Canada - Died) was a Canadian ice Hockey forward and referee.
Melville played for the Pittsburgh Keystones and the Pittsburgh Athletic Club.
Melville was known to also referee games in the International Professional Hockey League.
