Hello once again from behind the scenes at HockeyGods.com. This time we have for you, our members, a brand new, original hockey pool for the NHL 2011 Playoffs.

 

This pool will last 9 weeks (you must choose your roster weekly, you have a week to do so) and there are several different prizes for our members to win. Anyone can sign up, enter and play. However, if you want the BEST chance to win the Overall Points Prize, then you better get your first round picks in before the first week's deadline of April 17th @ Midnight Pacific Standard Time.

The other main feature that you will notice we added, is the ability to upgrade your accout to Gold Medal Member status. For a small donation (completely put towards keeping HockeyGods.com alive) you will have access to a multitude of exclusive options. As for right now, the more valid weekly rosters you submit as a Gold Medal Member, you can win more prizes in the HockeyPool. Future benefits of this include discounts on our custom HockeyGods.com merchandise (coming really soon!), access to exclusive areas of the website, and many more fun and exciting ideas as we roll them out.

In addition to these two main features, there were several other minor updates to layouts, functionality and design.
