Robert Barlow "Red" Hall - Born October 13, 1899 in Oak Park, Illinois - Died September 8, 1987 in New York City, New York was a American ice Hockey right winger/center.

Robert Hall played some of his early Hockey with Duluth Central High School and Erasmus Hall High School in Brooklyn, New York and was asked to join the Brooklyn Crescents in 1918.

After graduating from Erasmus Hall High School, Hall would then attend Dartmouth College in 1919, becoming a 2 sport star there with both their football team and the Dartmouth Indians Hockey Team, which he would captain in his final season there in 1923-24.

Hall would then play in the United States Amateur Hockey Association for New York St. Nicholas, Boston A.A. Unicorn, Minneapolis Rockets, Boston Maple Athletic Association and the New York Athletic Club.

Red Hall made it to the NHL at the end of his career, playing 8 games for the 1st year New York Americans, making his debut on February 13, 1926 vs Montreal Maroons at Montreal Forum in a 2-1 Maroons win. Hall had 0 points or penalties in his 8 NHL games.

NOTE
Red Hall was the 2nd American to play in the NHL, George Geran being the 1st.
