Konstantinov scored his 1st NHL goal vs Vincent Riendeau of St. Louis Blues at 19:32 of 2nd period on October 17, 1991 at Joe Louis Arena in a 6-3 Red Wings win.

Vladimir Konstantinov was inducted into the Michigan Sports Hall of Fame in 2019.
